Dr. Bronner's imposes a maximum limit on executive salaries corresponding to 5 times the lowest salary in the Company, and there is no difference between the benefits granted to company managers and those granted to any regular employee of the Company. All employees receive 15% of their annual salary in a retirement/profit-sharing plan, up to 25% of their salary as a bonus, and a health insurance plan for their families—meaning we pay the entire premium and all charges so that there is no expense for employees. We also cover half the costs associated with childcare up to a total of $5,000 per family.
